Lembeh Strait
The huge island of Sulawesi, shaped like a sprawling 'K' sits in the centre of the Indonesian archipelago. At the far north-east lies the small island of Lembeh, seperated from the mainland by the world famous 'Lembeh Strait'.

Lembeh Strait is famed for the incredible 'muck diving' to be experienced here; macro dives conducted in the black sandy bays where divers will find a wealth of the most weird and wonderful critters imaginable. There are also wonderful and rich coral dives, making Lembeh Strait one of the most popular destinations for marine photographers.

Gateway to Lembeh is via Manado International airport, North Sulawesi, just a two and a half hour flight from Singapore. From Manado a scenic 2 hour drive will bring you to Lembeh Strait. Divers have a choice of staying at Kungkungan Bay Resort or the newly built Eco Divers Resort Lembeh on mainland Sulawesi, or taking a further 5 minute boat ride across the Strait to Lembeh Resort; situated on Lembeh Island.
Whichever resort you choose, you can be sure of great comfort and superb diving to all the wonderful sites that make Lembeh Strait so famous.
Kungkungan Bay Resort
Nestled in a coconut plantation overlooking the Strait is Kungkungan Bay Resort. The resort is located right on the beach and offers accommodation in Cottage Suites, Traditional Houses, Deluxe Rooms and the new Hillside Villas. All rooms are spacious, with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning.

Lembeh Resort
Lembeh Resort is tucked away on Lembeh Island and is accessible only by boat from the mainland. There are just 14 spacious cottages centrered around a small cove overlooking the Strait. All the rooms are air-conditioned, individually designed and have great views down the Strait.

Lembeh Resort offers personal service and facilities at the hotel include a wonderful swimming pool and there is a two-storey bar and restaurant overlooking the beautiful gardens and Strait.

The excellent dive base is managed by Critters@Lembeh and 3 -4 boat dives are scheduled each day to all the wonderful dive sites nearby. Lembeh Resort also has a superb house reef where divers can enjoy unlimited diving. Nitrox is available.
Eco Divers Resort Lembeh
Eco Divers Resort Lembeh is a boutique resort and spa offering personalized dive services, immaculate accommodation and exceptional cuisine. Built and managed by the excellent Eco-Divers, the resort offers a unique concept; all the benefits of liveaboard diving combined with the space and comfort of staying in a resort.

Eco Divers Resort Lembeh is situated just 10 minutes from the water and divers spend the day stationed aboard Eco-Diver's comfortable day liveaboard; moored in a prime position in the middle of Lembeh Straight. The liveaboard is well equipped and has a shaded salon with comfy cushioned seating, toilets and showers, and fresh towels are provided. Unlimited free teas, coffees, snacks and fruit are available throughout the day and a delicious hot buffet lunch is served. Other facilities include ample charging points for photographers and outside there is a large sundeck with shaded area & sun beds to relax between dives.

Diving is conducted from two speedboats with a maximum of just four guests per guide, and this allows photographers all the time and space they need to get those winning critter shots! 3-4 dives are offered daily and there is a maximum of 16 guests on board.

After a day on the water guests are transferred back to the resort to relax in style. All 12 rooms are air-conditioned and comfortably furnished with either single, twin or double beds. Each room has private en-suite shower with toilet and basin and hot and cold running water. The resort has a wonderful restaurant and lounge bar and there is also a spa offering a range of treatments.
