MV Sea Quest

From December to April we run our exciting Sea Quest tours on a vessel exclusively chartered to Maldives Scuba Tours. The boat is run with the expert guidance of Cruise Directors, Matt and Anne-Marie Kitchen-Wheeler who have five years experience and thousands of dives in and amongst the reefs and atolls of the Maldives. Add to this the 18 years experience we have running our own boats and you can be sure of the high standard of accommodation, food and of course, fantastic diving that you would expect from a Maldives Scuba Tours holiday.

The vessel was launched in 2002 and has 3 decks with accommodation for 18 divers. She is 32m long with 9 ensuite, air-conditioned double/twin cabins.Electricity is supplied 24 hours a day and there is a plentyful supply of hot/cold water.
A combination of international and local cuisine is served in the main restaurant. Complimentary drinking water and soft drinks are provided. The service bar offers a variety of wines, spirits, beers and cocktails. The 9 cabins on the lower deck each have one single bed and one Queen-sized bed. On the second deck there is a spacious restaurant and the upper deck is a TV saloon with a full entertainment system.

For sunworshippers there is a large sundeck, and at the rear of the boat a partially shaded sundeck. All diving is from the 15m purpose built dive-support vessel and we are pleased to announce that nitrox will be available for this season.
All dives are preceeded by a thorough briefing and the guides are there to ensure you enjoy every aspect of your dive. December to April is Summer time in the Maldives and a great time to see the manta rays and the whale sharks. All our sailings are dedicated to showing you the best diving in the Maldives. If there is some particular animal you have always wanted to see or photograph - ask the guides and they will do their utmost to help.

Resort stay: Any Sea Quest tour can be combined with an island stay either before or after the safari - or coupled with stopovers in Sri Lanka or Dubai. Please ask our sales department for details and a quotation.
